Comfy dining, with semi-experimental food
It may sound a bit of a gimmick, but Restaurant C's concept works. Courses are arranged accordingly to the style of cooking, the 'C;' standing for Celsius. There are cold plates to start, then sous-vide and moving up to the bbq at 220 degrees (that's 392 Fahrenheit). The restaurant itself is large and well laid out, the best seats in the house are large booths for six.
It isn't so much about the ingredients, but how they are cooked. So you'll get slow cook salmon or grilled steak. Get a seat at the bar and order anything the you see on the pass.
